Question: What does a Coolant Delete do?

  Answer: The factory-installed triple lipped Teflon seal on Tesla coolant manifolds is notorious for leaking and flooding the LDU (Large Drive Unit) with coolant, leading to serious damage. Our kit addresses this problem permanently, ensuring that all major components receive coolant as originally designed by Tesla while eliminating the risk of LDU (Large Drive Unit) failure.

Question: What warranty do I get on Coolant Delete Install?

  Answer: All work performed by Konduit EV is warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months and unlimited miles.

Question: Does theCoolant Delete remove all the coolant to the LDU (Large Drive Unit)?

  Answer: No, the name is a little misleading, really its a coolant bypass kit. It still allows coolant to get to all the major components of the LDU  (Large Drive Unit) as Tesla designed.

Question: When would a user want the Coolant Delete Light vs the Coolant Delete Performance

  Answer: The Coolant Delete Light is used for normal drivers while the Coolant Delete Performance is used for racing, and or EV conversions due to the rotor oil cooling option the Performance provides.

  Answer: The Coolant Delete install only takes one day (Same day turnaround time)

Question: Does QC Parts or Konduit EV offer an oil cooling kit to be used in conjunction with the Performance version?

  Answer: We do not offer the oil cooling kit, every oil cooling system is based on certain applications.

Question: If I buy the Performance version, how is the installation different from the Standard version

  Answer: The installation is the same up until the point of the oil cooling kit.
